My order has been delivered to the wrong location.Updated 19 hours ago

We completely understand how frustrating it is to see your order marked as delivered to the wrong location.

If this has happened, please contact our support team, and we’ll be able to help you locate your order or get it to you.

If an incorrect address has been entered at checkout for your order, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched.

You can change your delivery address for up to 15 minutes after your order is placed by visiting your My Account area.

We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a re-delivery charge. Our customer team can help guide you through this process.
