How do I book an event with you?

How long are your events?

Our classes are between 1hr - 1:30hr depending on what you make and your own timing preferences. There may be additional charges for extending the classes depending on how long it will be extended for.

What kind of events do you run?

We now run events for all of our main products and our clients love them so much, we often find them coming back to try something different!. From pottery to candle making and lamp making, we promise there will be something that your team will love!.

How are your events hosted?

Can I record the class?

Our classes can be recorded upon request if you have attendees that are unable to attend your session. Your class host can record the event for you and it will be shared with you after the class.

Which video conferencing do you use?

We use Google Meets by default but we’re happy to use your own conferencing platform if you prefer.  If so, you just need to provide us with your own meeting link to join and we’ll add it to the shared calendar invite we’ll use for the event.

Can we do this in our office or in-person?

Can we have specific themes for the class?

We’re more than happy to incorporate themes into the main part of the class. Some themes may require more preparation work for our class hosts and there will be an hourly charge of $50/£50 for this if required.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely - our classes are perfect for beginners or even teams who have never done pottery before. Sculpd was created to enable everyone to get started with crafts and to make it fun and accessible.

Can I run the event asynchronously?

Yes!  There are two options here - either we can organize the class and record it so that your team can view it later in the day or we can organize multiple classes.  For each additional class there is a £150/$200 fee.

What happens if we need to reschedule the event?

No problem! Changes in scheduling can happen and we’ll help you find a new event time. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We charge a $50 rescheduling fee if the class is moved within 36 hours of the class starting. This is given dir

We run classes every weekday and can cover most hours of the day because we have hosts across the world to accommodate all time zones.

Can I book multiple classes?

Yes of course! We often have teams who book a class with us and then reach out again to book another class for a new team. Additional classes are subject to a fee of £150/$200.

Are shipping and taxes included in the cost?

Shipping and taxes are all included in the cost of shipping within the US, UK, Canada and EU.

Which countries do you ship to?

We can ship to almost any country that you require.  Some countries will require additional fees and extended shipping times. We have warehouses within the US, UK, Canada and EU so shipping to those locations is fast and cheap. If you let us know how

Will I get tracking for my packages?

We ask for the email address of each participant so that they will receive tracking information as soon as the kits are shipped to them. We also provide a sheet with all the tracking links to make it more organized. It’s important that everyone can t

Can I ship to a single address?

Of course, in fact, this makes it cheaper per head!  The kits may arrive in separate boxes depending on quantities - we try not to use very large shipping boxes which can get damaged in transit.

What happens if parcels go missing before the class?

We can organize re-shipping of parcels (this is why we recommend 3 weeks to ship) so that everyone has their kit before the class date.  Please ask everyone to monitor their tracking links so they can make sure they are at home to receive the parcel.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH payment or bank transfer. While we also accept payments via credit card, there is a 3% processing fee that will be charged once the payment is made.

How many people can we host on a single class? Can we do breakout rooms?

We can fit as many as 1000 participants into the Google Meet class link. However, if clients prefer a class with breakout rooms, they have to arrange that themselves as we do not do it for the classes we offer.

Can we accommodate in-person classes?

We can cater to in-person classes only in the UK, depending on the location and time of the event. This will also determine how much the upcharge will be for the in-person class.
