How much do you charge for shipping?Updated a day ago

Shipping costs may be applied depending on the location that the order will be shipped to.

US:

  • Free Standard Shipping on domestic US orders over $50 (free standard shipping does not apply to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.) Standard Delivery will be delivered within 2 - 5 days after dispatch. Specific delivery times depend on where you are located.
  • 2-Day Express Shipping is available for $19.75
  • All orders must be placed before 12:00pm local time Monday-Friday to be dispatched on that day. Orders that are placed after 12:00pm local time or during the weekend, it will be fulfilled the next working day.
  • We are unable to ship to military addresses or PO boxes.
  • Orders requested for re-delivery due to incorrect address, etc. are subject to a $10 re-delivery fee.

Canada:

  • Free Standard Shipping on domestic Canada orders over $70 CAD and this takes between 2-5 Busines Days, depending on your location.
  • All orders must be placed before 12:00pm local time Monday-Friday to be dispatched on that day. Orders that are placed after 12:00pm local time or during the weekend, it will be fulfilled the next working day.
  • We are not able to offer free shipping to customers based in Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador. Shipping costs for these locations will be calculated at checkout.
  • We are unable to ship to military addresses or PO boxes.
  • Orders requested for re-delivery due to incorrect address, etc. are subject to a $15 CAD re-delivery fee.

UK:

  • Free Standard Shipping on domestic UK orders to certain locations over £35.
  • All orders must be placed before 11:00am local time Monday-Friday to be dispatched on that day. Orders that are placed after 11:00am local time or during the weekend, it will be fulfilled the next working day.
  • We use Royal Mail 48 for free standard shipping which aims to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail 24 shipping is available for £3.99 shipping service which aims to deliver the order within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • DPD Next Working Day Delivery is available for £4.99 which aims to deliver the order within the next working day after dispatch.
  • We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, however there are certain postcodes that have restricted courier services.   • Orders requested for re-delivery due to incorrect address, etc. are subject to a £4.00 re-delivery fee.

EU:

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over €49 to certain countries in the EU. Standard shipping aims to deliver within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • All orders must be placed before 11:00am local time Monday-Friday to be dispatched on that day. Orders that are placed after 11:00am local time or during the weekend, it will be fulfilled the next working day.
  • Free standard shipping is only applicable for orders to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy.
  • For other European countries, we are not able to offer free shipping due to the larger shipping costs. We have done our best to subsidise them to lower the shipping costs for our customers.
  • €30 for DHL Express Shipping, delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch.
  • Customs fees already included in the pricing calculation.
  • Please allow 2 working days from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order. For orders placed on the weekend, these may be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Orders requested for re-delivery due to incorrect address, etc. are subject to a €10 re-delivery fee.

We work hard to make our shipping as fast as possible, because we know you’d like to get your kits as quickly as possible. However, there are sometimes delays outside our control which can include;

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays or peak seasonal volumes

  • Public health disruptions (e.g., COVID-19)

  • Acts of war or terrorism

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
