Get help with a new or existing order

Can I add something to my order?

I'd like to cancel my order

You can change your order for up to 15 minutes after you’ve placed it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any changes after that time. To cancel your order, please visit Your Account and select the order you’d like to cancel and follow the instructions.

I never received an order confirmation email

Please double check in your spam folder, sometimes order emails can be caught in spam filters. If you can’t find it, please do get in touch with us. We will check that we have your correct email address and resend the order confirmation email.

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon your order has been shipped, please double check your spam folder. If you have not received an email and you believe your order should have shipped by now, please get in touch and we be able

Can I add a gift note?

Unfortunately you cannot add a gift note to the order. Please let the lucky recipient know the parcel was from you!

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

At the right side of the checkout page, there is a box where you can enter your valid discount code. Simply fill in the box and click on “Apply”, and the discount will apply to your purchase. You can use one discount code per order.

Can I use more than one discount code?

You can use one discount code or promotion per order.  You cannot combine multiple discount codes on a single order.

Will my order arrive in plain packaging?

Our branded Sculpd boxes are packed inside nondescript plain cardboard boxes, so the recipient will get a lovely surprise once they open their package. We do not include the invoice inside your order.
